Mahajan demands SIT probe into murder of Dharam Chand

J&K National Panthers Party has reiterated probe by SIT into the cold-blooded murder of Dharam Chand, SC Cell Block President Kulwanta of Panthers Party in Ramnagar constituency.
Addressing a press conference in Jammu, NPP District Jammu Urban President, Rajiv Mahajan demanded instant arrest of the criminals involved in the most atrocious crime.
Mahajan alleged that panthers leaders are being targeted to gag public voice as at present only panthers party is the voice of aggrieved people in state and the way leadership of party highlighting wrong doings of Govt, vested interests targeting their leadership under a well hatched plot.
He said that Panthers leaders have not been provided security cover despite bringing the persistent assaults on party leadership into the notice of law enforcing agencies.
This is due to no security to panthers leaders that Dharam Chand, a Sarpanch candidate from the area had multiple injuries on his head where the doctors put up 45 stitches and referred him to GMC Hospital in an unconscious state where deceased succumbed to his fatal injuries yesterday in the Hospital without recovering from coma” Mahajan added.
Mahajan appealed the Governor Administration to immediately provide the security cover to panther’s leadership which is being denied under political compulsions.
He asked when Govt can provide security cover to even a cook in Kashmir valley why such a discrimination being done with Panthers leadership.
He warned the Govt if the culprits of Dharam Chand murderer are not arrested soon, Panthers party will hit streets from Doda-Kishtwar to Lakhanpur and if any untoward incident takes place, the Govt of the day will be held responsible for it.
On the occasion, Mahajan also condemned killing of BJP leader, Anil Parihar and his brother by militants in Kishtwar and demanded security agencies to gear up their network to avoid such incidents in future.
Conveying heartfelt condolences to family members of deceased, Mahajan urged Govt to bring to book culprits to avoid any law and order problem in the area.
