BJP leaders discusses land issue with JDA Vice-Chairman

In a meeting held between the administration and the representatives from Durga Nagar area of Talab Tillo and chaired by BJP State President & MLA Sat Sharma CA, the issue related to the allotment of land by JDA to some persons and claimed as the same belonging to Shishu Samadhi by the local residents of area opposite BSF hqrs was thoroughly discussed.
The meeting was convened by Sat Sharma and attended by Jammu Development Authority (JDA) Vice-Chairman, Mubarek Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, Simrandeep Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu Arun Manhas, BJP State Secretary Sanjay Baru and District President Ayodhya Gupta.
The meeting had been called in view of the recent protest by the local residents of Durga Nagar and adjoining areas against allotment of the said land to some persons by Jammu Development Authority by ignoring the facts that the land belongs to Shishu Samadhi.
The issue was widely discussed with the government officials and it was made clear that no one should be allowed to garb the land.
Sat Sharma, while speaking in the meeting, said that since the whole matter has been discussed between JDA, civil officials of the District Administration and the representatives of the area, who have put forth their views on the matter, it is hoped that the whole issue will be resolved. He assured that no such act will be tolerated which is against the wishes of the local inhabitants.
The meeting was also attended by Pt. Mela Ram, Adv. Ashok Kumar, Ashok Singh Wazir and Manohar Lal.
